Reporting Audit Finds 10 Hours a Week Spent Building Decks That Could Be Generated in Minutes

A marketing and retail business in Scotland brought us in to look at their finance and commercial reporting. The finance team was building monthly performance packs largely from scratch each period, pulling data from multiple sources, formatting it manually, and writing commentary that followed the same structure every time.
