We embed for longer when the work justifies it
Although individual engagements often start as a project or pilot, the majority of our retained relationships run 6 to 24 months. Fractional CAIO and Head of AI engagements are designed to embed into your operating cadence; we attend board meetings, manage vendor relationships across contract cycles, and stay accountable for outcomes long enough to see them through to production. Short engagements are available when that is the right fit. Long embeds are the more common pattern.
