The Legal programme

Module 1
Briefing AI the way you brief your best associate. The RACEF framework (Role, Action, Context, Examples, Format) and an output contract that makes answers legal-grade, every point traceable to the source document, and how to iterate toward a reliable result. Hands-on from the first hour.
Module 2
Claude and ChatGPT side by side, plus Projects and Custom GPTs. When to reach for which, and how to analyse, summarise and compare large document sets securely without exposing confidential or privileged material.
Module 3
Contract analysis and comparison, large-document and bundle review, and drafting support. Participants build reusable prompts and templates against their own matters, so they leave with work already done, not just notes.
Module 4
Building Claude Projects and Custom GPTs, a shared team knowledge base, and automating routine tasks. Plus a proper session on confidentiality, privilege and AI governance for legal work: what can and cannot go into which tool, and how to set a workable policy.
Format
One to three intensive days, or shorter modules. For most teams we recommend the modular route, four live sessions of around three hours each, because it lets people practise on their own matters between sessions and it sticks far better than a single long day. In person at your offices or virtual for distributed teams.
